Description

松葉蟹，古名又稱楚蟹。日本三大名蟹之一，其蟹身呈啡金色，肉質軟滑、味道最鮮，蟹膏香濃。松葉蟹肉質細緻，一般以燒烤，清蒸，火鍋最為適合。燒烤可以吃出蟹腳肉質的緊實鮮甜，而火鍋部分則融入了蟹膏濃香，還有蟹身的鮮味!
