Description

With a dark blue shell and a very orange meat color, bouchot mussels are a famous summer dish in France. The bouchot mussels were named after the wooden stands, where the farmer wound them around on the rope, out of reach from predators like crabs.

Very tasty with a very simple way to cook it.
