Description

Otoro is the fish belly, it is plump and fat, with a sweet, oily andfresh taste. These flavors stays in the mouth for a very long time. 

Chutoro is the lower belly of thefish, it has an even marbling on meat and oil. It tastes tender, smooth andmelted in your mouth. 

Akami isthe back of the fish, it contains less oil, juicy and not oily, it tastessweet.
