Description

Surf Clams, what we are eating in HK normally in red colour, however the actual colour of raw surf clam is in dark purple. The thick crispy meat is protected in hard and solid shells, which is about the size of your fist. 
Eating the Surf Clam as sashimi is the best way to taste its freshness. The sweetness can be cooked either on the grill or in a hotpot.
